The Company is NOT engaged in listing, selling, leasing, renting, managing, counseling or appraising of real property. Just Outgoing Referrals to Other Brokerages.

How Does it Work?
Commission Plan
As a referral agent, you can still refer buyers/sellers to active agents at any real estate brokerage in the US and receive a referral fee from that agent/brokerage (25% is typical). We simply take a $500 transaction fee for each of your referrals (or 25% whichever is less). Compared to some referral companies that take 30% of your referral commission.
- $450,000 -> Sales Price
- $13,500 -> Brokerage Commission (Example of 3%)
- $3,375 -> Referral Commission (Based on 25% Example)
- $2,875 -> YOUR Commission (After Simple $500 Fee)
